What’s the first step in the process of organizing the estate sale?
We will come to the location of the estate and estimate the revenue potential.
Do I have to use Jahnel Group for the estate sale, cleaning and staging process?
No, you can use as little or as many of our services as you want.
What is your pricing model?
We typically charge 25%-30% of total sales, depending on the size of the estate. We encourage you to shop around. We are proud to offer very competitive pricing.
What happens if we want to use your “staging” services in addition to the estate resolution?
Sometimes customers make arrangements with us to withhold profits from the estate sale to finance the cleaning, organizing and staging services. This way, there is no money coming out of the customers’ pockets to maximize profit on the sale of the home.
Can I still sell the home by owner after the estate sale, cleaning and/or staging process?
Of course! We just want you to make the most money out of your real estate situation. If you're happy, we're happy.
Are we obligated to work with a specific realtor to sell the home?
No, we do not work with any one realtor; however, we can provide a list of recommended realtors, if interested. We just assist you until we can confidently hand-over your home for sale.
What do your services for the estate sale entail?
We organize all of the contents, price them individually according to fair market value, display the items attractively, advertise with many sources, contact our ever-growing list of dealers and collectors and collect monies. We also have many knowledgeable members of our team who circulate at the sale to answer any questions and maintain security, but in a very unobtrusive manner. Our team members always wear a smile, as we want the shoppers to always feel comfortable and relaxed!
